Summary: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be purchased directly from FlyPick Shop
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary products

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will email you a return authorization and instructions
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
4. Return Shipping
- Free Returns: We provide a prepaid return label for [reason - defective items/wrong items]
- Customer-Paid Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for [reason - change of mind]
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:
